Sum and Substance is a trusted advisor of Xero, a beautiful accounting software system. You can access our Xero phone and email support through a ‘pay as you go’ option or through our fixed monthly Xero support plan.

Pay As You Go:

  • Book online using our online calendar below. (Please note: the timings are based on AEDT.)
  • Prepay $60 plus GST for the minimum 30 minutes. Go over 30 minutes and the balance can be paid at the end.
  • Provide us with Xero advisor access plus payroll admin.
  • We use phone, Zoom and/or Teamviewer to provide the support.
