Have you ever wondered: how would I start my own bookkeeping practice? After a long time in the making, I have recently launched my ‘Bookkeeping Coaching: Our Blueprint to Create a Profitable Practice’ course. This course shares all the secrets of how I started my practice when I came to Australia—with no contacts, no network, and no immediate clients—to grow it into a profitable and successful practice.

We’ll cover eight modules, with two modules presented each Friday. There’s also something special: an optional half-day shadowing experience. This includes meeting with myself and our practice manager, seeing how client meetings are run, and experiencing the day-to-day practicality of operating a bookkeeping practice. If you’ve never had a bookkeeping practice before or are unsure about managing an offshore team, this is an incredible chance to gain exposure. Our practice includes both onshore and offshore teams, and we’ll go through how we bring everything together.

We’ll also explore advisory services, as there are many add-ons you can offer when running a bookkeeping practice.
